Terms

Last updated: March 2026

These terms govern your use of Lens. By accessing or using the product, you agree to these terms and to use the service only in accordance with applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not use Lens to violate the law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, scrape or redistribute product outputs at scale, or submit harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support promptly.

Search and AI outputs

Lens provides search, source retrieval, and AI-generated summaries for research and discovery. You are responsible for reviewing source material and validating outputs before relying on them in sensitive, commercial, legal, financial, medical, or other high-stakes contexts.

Ownership and intellectual property

Lens and its associated software, branding, interface, and product materials remain the property of Lens and its licensors. You retain rights in content you submit to the service, subject to the limited rights needed for us to operate, secure, and improve the product.

Paid plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled through billing. Subscription access, plan limits, and feature availability are governed by the account and billing state associated with your sign-in.

Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. If you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Service availability

Lens is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, pricing, or access to the service at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lens is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lens and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity arising from or related to the use of the service.

Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to Lens if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used the product in a way that is abusive, unlawful, or harmful.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Disputes and venue

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of Lens after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
